Chicken, pork or vegetable flavor

Crispy and delicious!

You will love Kim’s signature dish! Filling options include chicken, pork or vegetables.

Portion: 6 units (300g), 12 units (600g)

Preheat oven to 400 °F and place the rolls on a baking sheet. Cook for about 20 minutes, making sure to flip rolls halfway through cooking.

As an appetizer or as a main!

Appetizer: Place a lettuce leaf at the bottom of a small plate. Add cooked rolls. Garnish with grated or finely chopped carrots and fresh cilantro or mint leaves. Serve with Nuoc Mâm sauce.

Main: Place crunchy lettuce (green or iceberg) at the bottom of a large bowl. Next, add rice vermicelli, a handful of bean sprouts, a few mint leaves, fresh cilantro, Thai basil, and peanuts (toasted and crushed). Cut two rolls into pieces using scissors (the scissors will cause less cracking). Pour the Nuoc Mâm sauce over the entire bowl.

Enjoy!
