Fun for everyone! Make your own wontons or dumplings, with chicken, pork or shrimp. Let your creativity run wild – anything is possible!
Boil water in a saucepan. When the water begins to boil, add wontons and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes. Drain (do not rinse) and serve with broth.
In a non-stick pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add dumplings and brown lightly. Add cold water to a quarter of the dumplings and cover for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Next, add 2 tablespoons of oil and brown to taste! Enjoy!
Ingredients: flour, water, whole egg, corn starch, salt, potassium carbonate, color.
