Type: Chicken or pork wontons.

Customize your wonton soup! Add your favorite ingredients to create the perfect soup for you! Fresh coriander? Shiitake or Paris mushrooms? Thai basil? Bok choy? The choice is yours…

Quantity: 20 pieces (180 g – for 4 appetizers or 2 mains)

Boil water in a saucepan. When the water begins to boil, add the wontons and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes. Drain (do not rinse) and serve with broth.

Appetizer: Pour broth into a small bowl and add 4 to 5 wontons. Garnish with thinly cut shallots and mushrooms, as well as fresh cilantro!

Fry wontons and serve with a sweet sauce.

Main: Pour broth into a large bowl and add 10 wontons. Garnish with fresh cilantro, thinly cut shallots and mushrooms, carrots, Bok choy or any other vegetable of your choice!

Chicken: Chicken, garlic, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), sesame oil, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate), rice vinegar, pepper, and spices.

Pork: Pork, garlic, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), sesame oil, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate), rice vinegar, pepper, and spices.

Dough: Wheat flour, liquid whole egg, water, potassium carbonate, yellow food coloring # 3, salt, and corn starch.
